Cinema-grade LED for studios, production companies and private rooms — including the speaker problem a panel vendor will not mention.

Screening rooms are the one application where the display is judged by people who look at displays for a living. Colour has to hold, motion has to be clean, and the picture has to be the same on Friday as it was on Monday, which means calibration on a schedule rather than at handover.
There is also a problem nobody selling panels will raise with you. A cinema screen is perforated and the front speakers live behind it. An LED wall is solid. The speakers have to go somewhere else, and where they go changes the acoustics of the room.
Every dimension below is published, not estimated. The full ladder of ten sizes is on the video walls page.
| Size | Dimensions | Cabinets | Pitch | Resolution | Area | Weight | Closest viewing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| I-2 | 7'10" × 4'5" | 4 × 4 | 1.2 mm | 1920 × 1080 | 35 sq ft | 183 lb | 4 ft |
| I-3 | 11'10" × 6'8" | 6 × 6 | 1.5 mm | 2304 × 1296 | 78 sq ft | 413 lb | 5 ft |
| I-4 | 15'9" × 8'10" | 8 × 8 | 1.8 mm | 2560 × 1440 | 140 sq ft | 734 lb | 6 ft |
Tell us the room dimensions, the front-row distance, and what is behind the screen today. The speaker layout is part of the answer.
Above or below the wall, because an LED panel is solid and cannot be perforated like a cinema screen. The centre channel placement is the critical one for dialogue intelligibility. We design the speaker positions and the wall together rather than treating them as separate purchases.
Yes, and it is what new commercial cinemas are being built with. Contrast and black level are better than projection, and there is no bulb ageing between screenings. The trade-offs are speaker placement and cost per inch at very large sizes.
Keep the front row within about eight times the screen height for film. Most private rooms take our I-2 at 7'10" x 4'5" or the I-3 at 11'10" x 6'8". Studio rooms often go to the I-4.
Twice a year in a room where colour accuracy matters. LED brightness drifts unevenly with age, and recalibration brings the panels back into line before anyone notices patches.
